Hello my Titans.  I’m Mike O’Hearn!

I’ve had a burning passion for fitness ever since I can remember, competing in bodybuilding, powerlifting and martial arts at just 13 years old.  I won the Teenage Washington State competitions in all three.


One day I asked myself “Do you want to be a champion for a day or a champion for a lifetime?”
The answer was clear.


I have since established myself as a titan, winning numerous major titles - including California Power Lifting Champion (x4) and Mr Natural Universe (x4) and I am the only person in the world to appear on over 500 fitness covers, next to Arnold Schwarzenegger.  I love competing and am constantly striving to better myself and help others to do the same. 


Now, I want to pass down all my knowledge of health and fitness to you, but only if you are determined to become your best self.

I’m Mike O’Hearn!
